You can’t go wrong with our Keto Protein Brownies. They are so fluffy and soft they practically melt in your mouth! Top off your batter with chopped No Sugar Keto Bombs and add a bit of No Sugar Keto Bomb Shake for an extra boost of flavour and protein. These brownies are keto-friendly and perfect for the whole family.
- 1 scoop No Sugar Keto Bomb Shake
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup erythritol
- ½ cup of No Sugar Keto Bombs (flavour of your choice)
- Add Keto Bomb Shake, almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder into a bowl. Whisk until ingredients are combined.
- In a separate bowl add eggs, melted butter, and erythritol. Mix until combined.
- Pour dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients. Mix until batter forms.
- Add Keto Cups and fold into batter with a spatula.
- Cover a 9” pan with a baking sheet and pour batter into the pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F
- Let cool. Cut into square pieces, serve and enjoy.
