If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your product for a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your bank statements.

For retail store purchases, please hold onto the receipt and kindly request a return/refund from the store in which it was purchased.
FREE Standard shipping on all orders of $80 or more, after applicable discounts, before taxes and shipping and handling. Shipping costs will automatically be deducted at checkout on all eligible orders.
Once orders have been placed, we cannot adjust, hold or accept cancellations. Processing can happen anywhere between immediately and up to 48 hours after placing an order. Should you wish to try and cancel your order, please send an email email@example.com inquire however there are no guarantees – we will do what we can!
Orders ship within 3-5 business days. All customers will receive a tracking link upon shipment of their order. Tracking links contain the most updated information available in regard to order status.
For summer shipments, we do pack them with ice to help prevent melting however we cannot guarantee they won’t become extra ooey gooey in transit. Not to worry they are still as delicious as ever.
